Windows 10: Overall MS Proudct

Recently, I have question about how to approach troubleshoot overall MS product.What I really want to figure out is what product to use to diagnosis the problem in real company environment.I mean in any demo environment I can use any free tool and don't have need to worry about virus stuff. As microsoft Engineer I want to know the utilize tool what global engineers use and how they approach those isssues..ANY ADIVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL...Thanks for your answers in advance.

Windows 10 Proudct Key

If I upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 I can use Win 8.1 product key or I need a new proudct key?

 

Persistent "Not Responding" Error Messages on MS Word, Excel & Chrome Browser on an HP Win 10 Laptop

Greetings. After two (2) days of tense use I am now receiving intermittent "Not Responding" messages for MS Word and Excel as well as Chrome browser.

Your initial suggestions to download any OS and MS Office uploads were very, very helpful. The overall performance of my HP Win 10 laptop is greatly improved.

If you have any suggestions of further steps I can take to minimize or resolve the "Not Responding" issues are much appreciated.

Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
