Windows 10: overall system weirdness, can't install windows update KB5018483 and gpu/cpu being...

so i've been having problems with my system overall recently, gpu/cpu performance issues, error codes i was trying to squeeze out some more frames with modern warfare 2 with help from this panjno video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-L7NQrmN-Oo&t=2s what i did on my system in this video was change some registry things that were listed in the video which i think has been restored using the tweaking.com repair tool that i mention later in this post and i was attempting to debloat my gpu drivers, im assuming somewhere in the process i messed up my system somehow. i used DDU to uninstall

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

2022-10 cumulative update for Windows 11 for x64-based systems (kb5018483) will not download and finish installing.

After turning on my laptop after a few weeks, I had this update available:

After multiple attempts, it has not been able to finish downloading and installing the update.

It'll reach 100% on the install then fail.

The error code is 0x80070017
