    Overheating after system reset


    Hello.I have some questions about a laptop overheating while playing games.A while back , my laptop would overheat while playing games because the cpu would run at 100% at all times. But I reset my laptop and now it does not overheat even when idle and the cpu stays at around 2-10% when idle.But when I started gaming, it was okay for a while but then it started to overheat again and the game lagged all of a sudden. But then after a small time it would return to normal but the laptop would still be hot. So I check the task manager and the cpu was running at around 12-15% when the game was runni

    Water cooled system overheating?!

    CPU is overheating on boot! Can't get past the BIOS, temps are 65+.
    Leak tested for hours and ran good. Using distilled water. Any suggestions?

    Reset the device won't helps to control overheating problem.

    • Are you using Original charger comes with your phone?
    • Are you installed any preview build version?

    GPU-Z 0.7.8 / 0.7.9 / 0.8.0 Bios reading not possible GTX670-solved with gpu-z 0.8.1

    @Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

    @W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.
