    Overlay panel on Brother MFC-795CW Control Centre 3.


    When trying to scan a document and selecting the CC3 button an overlay panel appears preventing use of the Control Centre. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Brother driver but the overlaying panel reappears. This panel has the appearance of a flash drive logo with an information button but nothing happens when selected. I cant find anything on Brother support FAQS.


    Consider me a novice so please keep any suggestions easy to understand especially the jargon.

    Brother MFC-465CN Control Center 3 wouldn't open with Windows 10.

    Brother MFC-465CN Control Center 3 will not open with the new Windows 10. It worked fine with Windows & and Microsoft states that ALL drivers are included in Windows 10. Can anyone help?

    Brother MFC J6720DW listed with strange icon in Devices and Printers

    I have reinstalled the drivers for my Brother MFC J6720DW and now the printer icon is listed in the unspecified category instead of the printer category. The printer is the "Device" icon to the right.

    Right clicking on the icon shows the usual items for a printer (printing properties etc.), In addition it shows a "Browse Files" entry that lists the card reader of the printer.

    To the left of the Brother printer icon there is another similar one that seems to be my USB card reader

    Brother MFC j625DW sscanner stopped working

    Scanner part of Brother MFC j625DW suddenly stopped working. Control Panel message says WIA driver. Never needed this before, and scanner has always worked perfectly. Note that the driver is the Brother U Type Class Driver and I understand that no other
    driver should be necessary.
