Windows 10: Overloaded Inspiron laptop's memory/storage. How to remove folder that caused it?

Hello,I transfered a large chunk my phone's unfortunately massive photo gallery roughly 2,000+ photos I think were transfered? from said phone to my Inspiron 17 3000 I think? I don't remember exact numbers off top of my head, but pretty certain it's a 17 3000 laptop with the intention to transfer that to my external back-up drive.However, I hadn't gotten to the actual "laptop to back-up drive" transfer yet, so that massive bulk of photos + videos sat on my laptop as I used it today. It is possible that an installed add-on is causing this issue. Did you recently install an add-on? We suggest removing the add-on by following the steps below.

• Click Tools, the gear icon on the top-right corner.
• Select Manage add-ons.
• Find and click the recently installed add-on then click Remove.
• Reset Internet Explorer after removing the add-on.

Update us with the results.

Consistent Overload in System Storage

I have noticed that my system storage is constantly being overloaded with "Application_28EB96FC-70A2-0000-1CA0-EB28A270D501" (all with different variations of the name of course) as an event log. These files are located in the Temp Folder in Windows as shown in the picture attached. The amount of space these files take up vary between 40GB and full storage taken. I've been able to find the files and delete them, but they seem to accumulate whether or not I have my computer on. I also can't tell where they're being produced from. So if anyone can help me here, I'd be grateful.
