Windows 10: Override "Best Driver already installed" error when 'search your computer for updates'

Hello,
I recently updated my system from Windows 7 to 10. While it went mostly okay, I find myself with the intolerable issue of screwed up master sound controls that was the result of an April '18 update that directly affects bluetooth speakers. I have found a likely solution that requires a new driver. However, I am completely unable to install it due to getting the above message even when selecting "Browse My Computer" for the required update.
How do I override?

Who has seen this vista update error

When you go to Windows vista update and it tell you to update a driver that you have already updated. Then it says failed to update and gives you the error code that tell you that you already have a never version than that. WTF? Why in the world would it be trying to updated something with an older driver. Well the only way to get it out of your windows update list is to go uninstall what ever that driver is then run the update and install it. Then run the newer drivers again.

Well I still can't get the Nivida Network Bridge to disappear out of the list. I uninstall the one in device manager and go to the update and before it's even done with that. Vista is automatically installing a newer version than is in the Vista update list.......

As the title suggest i am having problems with softmod driver. Now it started givin me warning with following output.

It's no such error if I install official driver. Older ATI drivers where removed before installation with driver cleaner.

System: AMD1700+, KT266A with 4in1 4.43, 512M, ATI 9500

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
