Windows 10: Overrun by PUP's

Discus and support Overrun by PUP's in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I appreciate the need to reset all - the point I am trying to make is - I do not know HOW to do it for the google browser.     how I missed that setting I just dont know (told you I was thick!!)

    Many thanks for your patience and guidance. With all the recommendations from this thread, I now have a pc (3 of them) that no longer pick up hundreds of PUP's or hundreds of cookies.
