Windows 10: Oxc0000020

When I try downloading my mcafee virus software I get this message -

C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS32\USP10.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the programme using the original installation media, or contact your support admin or software vendor for support. Error Oxc0000020


I have windows 10. I have tried reinstalling windows 10 and this does not fix the problem. Is it a problem with my hard drive on my computer or a programme issue. Obviously I can't ignore this error as I can't install my virus protection at present.

I have bad image error code: Oxc0000020 but the problem I can't access the window menu or cortana that is not working even search too. I do not know what happened to it right after I download for new window 10 from window 7 not window vista or window
8 even phd.dll not show up. please help me.

Windows error message

since loading Authy, an error code c:\windows\system32\dsound.dll error oxc0000020 comes up? Is this because my pc is 64 bit?
