Windows 10: Oxc00000e9 , unknown I/o error has occurred

just recently installed a new m.2 ssd for more game storage, was downloading a game when I got a one drive error followed by a blue screen windows error. The pc restarted and booted up again only for it to happen a few minutes later. Now I’m stuck with this screen

following these steps:

• Open the Settings app.
• Type Troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View all.
• Select Hardware and Devices.
• Click on Next button and follow the on screen guide.
• Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.

Thanks for coming to rescue ^o^
I am not really sure (I'm not a computer expert), but I suspect it's I think it's Raid 0, as seems to suggest the attached image.
I may have to wipe everything and reinstall (if I know how to do it).
