Windows 10: OxC1900101-Ox4000D 2nd Boot error during migrate data operation

I am still unable to update to 1903 or 1909-currently on 1803-I get the above error at 89% installation then have to power off as the computer freezes. When I power on it recovers the previous version.


I have tried the following:


Disconnecting from the Internet

Disabling anti-virus

Installing from ISO on a DVD

Deleting files in Software Distribution

Removing supplementary hard drive from USB socket


A friend suggested I put all my files except system files in the D partition as this is currently almost empty. Anyone had experience with that? Also perhaps removing any large files such as videos. What about an incompatible application Pinnacle Studio 12 video-editing software no longer available free of charge. If I do the latter how do I back it up if I have to do a clean install? which I don't want to do

We couldn't install windows 10 oxc1900101 - ox4000d

This is the 2nd time I have tried install windows 10 over windows 7 ultimate and I have got the following error message

OXC1900101 - Ox4000d

The installation failed in the second_boot phase with an error during migrate data operation.

Any ideas how to fix?

fail to download windows 10

I got this error code during windows 10 downloading:

OxC1900101-ox4000D,

It says The installation failed in the second-Boot phase. with an erroe during Migrate-Data operation.

What can I do to solve this issue??
