Windows 10: P:rinting problem - won't print from Printmaster 2020

New HP Windows 11 laptop - Old Printmaster did not transfer. Had to purchase new Printmaster 2020 & downloaded 11/4/22. It won't print. Other programs will print such as Word and NotePad will print just fine to my HP 5000 Envy printer. It's not the printer, it's good.So unhappy with this new Printmaster 2020, so different from my old comfortable one and I can't get "Help" to open up, but that's another problem..Thanks in advance for your help, Marci

restart
your
Print Spooler
and check if there are any changes. To
restart
your
Print Spooler, follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type

  and hit
  Enter.

  Look for
  Print Spooler
  and
  right-click
  on it.
  
• 
  Choose
  restart.
