Windows 10: Package can not register

I bought a newer computer and was forced to switch to Windows 10 AKA worthless!!!

anyway I was getting by with it until I put it online and Microsoft forced a update on me. Now I have no control of settings, I cannot open my pictures and most everything is messed up just as I had expected from windows 10 all along as I have seen the press on this worthless system!!!! tried getting help onyoutube but I don't have enough control to even use their advice. How do I back this system off so I can install 7 8 or any other working system that came before? I don't like the sound of package can not register, Makes me feel like it is trying to high jack my files and the like again just as I expected from win 10. HELP!!!

When I try to open older photos I get message, "package can not be registered."
