Windows 10: Package Failed updates, dependency or conflict validations.

Just like the title of the thread says, I get that error when I try to open Settings. But you should realize that first of all I have to open settings from a run prompt or command prompt or power shell. For some reason, the windows key on the keyboard will not make the start when you open it will however work with Windows + R. But it does not work with Windows + X. Also it’s not worthy to know that I cannot left. Click the start button. The start menu is a non-issue. Literally I cannot access it in any way that I have found. I also cannot left. Click anything in the sys tray. I can let click t

Hello, Every time I open my downloads in my folder like downloading free music I get the error: package failed updates, dependency or conflict validations like the picture below. This problem occur after updating from windows 11. What should I do? How can I resolve it? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I have a Windows 11 ARM build (10.0.22598) running as a VM and when I try to open a .txt file, I receive this error: "Package Failed updates, dependency or conflict validations".

I've tried the "cleanup-image" commands in powershell with success, but when I run "sfc /scannow" I receive a message that corrupt files have been found. However, when I try opening CBS file, to investigate the cause of the corrupt files, I once again receive the error: "package failed updates..." !

How should I proceed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
