Windows 10: paddle-paddle

On my Win 10 box I've got "generic credentials" for something called paddle-paddle-558662.What is that? When I search on MS site, all I see are references to XBox, which I don't have.

What is the paddle button's ID is?

I am hoping to make a skin on gamepad viewer, but I don't know the button ID on the paddle buttons (ik the Xbox one uses 16 different buttons)....

Is there a tutorial on how to make said skin for gamepad viewer?

And is there a svg file for the elite v2 controller for Xbox?

So I play on windows 11, and I bought recently the xbox elite 2 controller. I tried using the paddles at first and they were working fine, until a little while later when i tried to remap the buttons for the paddles. They would not work whenever i pressed them. In fact, When i try to change the color of the xbox logo and then leave the settings for the profile, it reverts back to its default color. Now i tried testing mode and it proved my point that these paddles are not working. I have tried making a new profile but it would do the same thing. I have even tried reverting the firmware update and that didnt work either, could someone please help me?
