Windows 10: Page Down function does not work

So I ran into this really odd thing where the Page Down button doesn't do anything on my computer.Things I have tried:I have a Razer keyboard, so I uninstalled all of the Razer software, but it didn't fix it. I connected my keyboard to my work laptop, and it works fine there. So not a hardware issue.I went into Device Manager and uninstalled the suspect Keyboard.I've uninstalled all of the keyboards in Device Manager and restarted the computer.I've tried the On-screen keyboard, and even then the Page Down function doesn't work.I've tried a 2nd USB keyboard, and Page Down doesn't work on

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

• Single Click on the file.
• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

there is something wrong with suggested for you list on npu page. clicking on picture of dd:da review from suggested for you list leads to perormance analysis instead of review. hovering mouse over it shows in status bar correct link to review but clicking on picture reloads analysis.
links from reviews&articles page works fine.

edit: link from home page of npu sends you to analysis instead of review as well.
