  1. *PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA* BSOD upon bootup with fast startup disabled or restarting....

I'm on the latest windows insider preview build 19640 and this issue has been going on since the last build. Basically, I get the green screen of death with the error(page fault in NONPAGED area) everytime I restart the computer and try to login. After hours of trying to find a solution, I've learned a few things.

Mainly, this error only occurs on a restart( a full reboot of windows, where everything including the drivers have to be reset to boot) but never upon shutting down normally and turning it back on. This made me wonder what would happen if I were to turn off fast startup because, with fast startup enabled, the computer never really turns off completely, some of the drivers and programs are still loaded and kept in the non- volatile memory to be used upon next boot. I proceeded to turn off fast startup and shut down the computer normally and upon the next boot( which took longer than before) unsurprisingly, I got the same BSOD( page fault in non paged area) and this was a death loop because there was no way icould log in without the BSOD occuring because of fast startup being disabled but I did turn on the hibernate option( also in the settings menu where you can toggle fast startup and is disabled by default) and this saved me, because when I hibernated the PC and then turned it back on, it booted up and logged in no problems and without any errors. This tells me the BSOD occurs upon a complete restart of windows.

•Things I've done to diagnose the issue-

Tried reseating the RAM and the RAM seems to be fine, it's not the RAM, because the PC runs perfectly fine when I boot up without the BSOD.

Tried changing the page file options in multiple ways, tried setting the page file to a custom value( which is 12000mb for my PC), tried disabling page file completely and finally also tried letting windows handle the page filing. Unfortunately, none of this helped as the issue persisted.

Tried updating all main drivers related to storage ( Windows is installed on a 256GB Nvme m.2 ssd), did not work.

Finally, I even tried resetting windows( keeping my files) but that didn't help either.

Now I've turned fast startup back on and I continue using the PC avoiding a full restart of windows and I cannot do a restart because it will BSOD.

    Specifications ( if it matters):

    I5 9300H

WD 256Gb NVME m.2 ssd( main boot drive)

    Windows 10 Home 19640.mn_release.200530-1731

Nvidia Optimus( UHD 630 and GTX 1660ti), uses integrated GPU for non 3D applications.

    Kingston 8GB DDR4 2666MHz CAS19 RAM

Any help would be highly appreciated!
