Windows 10: Page fault in nonpaged area - New windows install

Recently bought a new SSD to install windows to - go through the install process seemingly fine, then after a few minutes in windows, it bluescreens to the pagefault error as above. I'm still not sure whats causing the error, potentially drivers but i've never been able to install any drivers, as it crashes before i can.

I first thought it was my second drive causing it, but it crashes when thats not plugged in, i then thought it was Razer Synapse trying to install, but using a basic dell keyboard meant synapse didnt try to install, and it crashed anyway.. i then thought it only happened when i plugged the lan cable in, but it crashed without the lan a few minutes later.

I need to figure out if its the SSD itself or not before the return period expires 23rd April, so please can someone help me troubleshoot this?


My friend had a theory that it might be the latest windows update causing issues with some other hardware i have, since my current drive always fails to install 20h2, maybe the new one crashes because of an incompatibility somewhere? How can i check this? Or if i have to just deal with older versions 1909 and older it seems, how do i get an older install USB for those versions, and then stop windows from trying to update constantly..

I'm getting the BSOD due to the Page Fault in Nonpaged Area on my Windows 10 PC; it only happens when I navigate to certain websites, and it appears to be browser independent. I've run the Memory Diagnostic Tool, the System File Checker, and Chkdsk- no
errors have been found. Any suggestions? Thanks!
