Windows 10: Page has moved to the right of screen

my page has moved over to the right and i cannot view all of the page how do i move it back to full screen, the icons to make fill screen are too far over for me to hit aswell?

Wheel on mouse moves the screen to the right and i lose the page i was on

Why does my screen move to the right when I roll my wheel on my mouse. It does it all the time until I click on the screen again but then I have to hit the back button to return to the page I was on and then it isn't even the right content on the page
I was on.

I suggest you to follow the below steps in order to stop moving Windows live tiles.

• Right click on the live tile.
• Click on more option.
• select turn off live tile option.
