    I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

    and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

    I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

    And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

    I tried to insert a screenshot and upload screenshot to help with my question but I am getting error msgs trying to upload/insert my picture! You can type in the same question and find a screenshot with a msg stating "Your IT admin has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information." This is my home desktop and I am the admin. Also, all areas of the app are available to me. When I do a quick scan and then click on the report when it's ready, that is when I get this msg popping up. I have tried all previous fixes on this website and Youtube and nothing has worked. Has anyone figured this out yet?
