Windows 10: Page not available - Your IT Administrator has limited access to some areas of this app

I know this question was asked, and answered here before, but unfortunatly none of the solutions provided worked for me.We have a windows 10 PC on which it is not possible to access the Anti-virus part of the security centre, the option is also missing from the page. If i try to start it manually form the start menu, i get the infamous "Page not available Your IT Administrator has limited access to some areas of this app"Things we did and checked:- ran gpedit.msc and checked if the "Hide antivirus and threat protection" was set to enabled, it was not.- I am full administrator.- We do not have

Hei i had to full clean my new pc, that has a greencom account since i bought the pc from them. and after i made a new account i cant access windows defender it just say

Page not available, your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app.
