Windows 10: Page not Available your IT administrator has limited access.

I'm getting error like the link under that I got from other guy that asked same question.https://filestore.community.support.microsoft.com/api/images/fba9f90e-9315-4f76-8ab2-64761e1852e0?upload=trueI did try like 5 days to solve it, I tried SecruityHealth, powershell commands, removed other antivirus programs and still didn't found a fix for this problem i would be glad if i could get some help

Page not available IT Administrator limited access

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

You need to set GPO settings to Not Configured, that could hide the sections of Windows Defender:
