Windows 10: Page Table consuming nearly 40% of installed memory RAM

Ever since this PC was assigned to me at work, I have periodic problems in which the RAM levels hit 99%, and the user experience is degraded by frequent operational pauses lasting a few seconds. For instance, whilst in a browser, scrolling down to read more will cause the browser to become unresponsive; during this time, I can switch to another window/app, which might also need a second or two to respond, ie, window gains focus.

Windows 10 Enterprise version 2004. OS Build 19041.508. Windoes Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0.
Hardware: Intel i5-8500 / 3.0 GHz, RAM : 16.0 GB 15.8 GB usable. Everything 64-bit.

As you can see rom RamMap below, the PageTable is consuming nearly 6.5 GB of the system's 16 GB of RAM. That is obscene. Another userreported a similar problem, but unfortunately that user was helped by an "expert" who wrongly convinced him that 900,000K is 900K, not 900 MB.

Additionally, the "Unused" portion contains nearly 4.5 GB. This unused portion is *not* free. I suspect this is a memory leak of some sort.

I observed the tips provided in this Q/A.
* Microsoft Antivirus is working in the background and all is "green" no problems/threats
* Total paging set to 17 GB, using an SDD drive.
* Superfetch is not even a known Service on this PC.
* Microsoft Edge is not normally running it is now, with all other browsers closed

The "Page Table" reduced to 100 MB and "Unused" changed status to 10 GB in "Zeroed", after I stopped the following services:
* Synergy keyboard/mouse sharing service/application
* Remote Desktop Services
* Radio Management Service
* Sync_Host
* PrintWorkflow

Page Table takes too much RAM.

High RAM usage can be caused by various factors like a malware infection and corrupted device drivers. The first step in fixing Windows 10 high memory leakage would be performing a full scan. You may install an anti-malware tool like MalwareBytes and perform
a scan. If the issue persists, we suggest that you adjust the page file size or virtual memory in Windows 10. Adjusting the page file size is known for regulating the disk usage and it dramatically improves Windows 10 performance for machines that are using
SSD type of hard drive.

Here's how:

• In the search box, type Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows and press
  Enter.
• Go to Advanced tab and click Change... button in the
  Virtual memory section.
• At the top, uncheck the box right next to the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives option.
• Select drive C: (or the drive where Windows 10 is installed).
• Select Custom size: by ticking its radio button, and change the
  Initial size (MB) and Maximum size (MB) to the
  Recommended value that you will find just below the Total paging file size for all drivers section.

This method will help improve the system performance of Windows 10, and will gradually decrease the freeze issues.

Installed Memory(RAM)

Base on the screenshot you provided, it means you have a 3.5 GB usable memory out of the 4 GB memory installed. The amount of usable memory that you see is not exact amount. Usable memory is a calculated amount of the total physical memory minus "hardware
reserved" memory.

The reduction of the available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices.
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory.
• The System BIOS version and settings.
• The version of Windows that is installed
• Other system settings.

If you find that much of your RAM is regularly being used, consider adding more RAM if possible, especially if your PC only has 1 or 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM. To learn more about what kind of RAM your PC model uses, first look at the memory info in Task Manager,
and then visit the PC manufacturer’s website for more specific info.

Here’s some info about the minimum memory requirements for Windows 10:

• Windows 10 (32-bit) can run on a PC with 1 GB of RAM, but it runs better with 2 GB. For better performance, add memory so you have 3 GB or more.

Cache stored on Windows
10 restricts your PC
from working efficiently. If there is a continuous and high volume of cached read requests from any process or from any
driver, the working set (the number of memory pages in the physical RAM)
size of the system file cache will grow to meet this demand.
The system file cache consumes the physical RAM. Therefore, sufficient
amounts of physical RAM are not available for other processes.

On 64-bit versions of Windows operating systems, the size of the virtual address range is typically larger than
the physical RAM. In this situation, the working set for the system file cache can increase to consume most of the physical RAM.

We suggest that you clear caches on your Windows 10 computer to resolve memory usage issues. Few things that you
can try clearing are the Windows Store and Temp Files caches. Check out the steps below:

How to clear the Windows Store cache:

• 
  Press
  Windows + R keys to open a
