Windows 10: Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area after installing Illustrator and restarting Windows

Here’s what happened: Yesterday, I installed Adobe Illustrator on my laptop. After installing it, I restarted Windows, and when it powered back on, the BSOD appeared with the error "Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area." It automatically rebooted and the message appeared again. It rebooted for the third time, and this time the troubleshooting menu appeared. I tried all the options before reinstalling Windows, including attempting to revert to previous versions of Windows, but it kept restarting and showing the same error. I decided to reinstall Windows without deleting my files, programs and files are

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Hard drive/ OS issue
