Windows 10: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Windows 10

Good day,I tried to do a clean install of Windows 10 which has worked fine until I got to the usual desktop screen of Windows 10. It then proceeded to load something for about 10s when I got a BSOD with the error message PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Windows wouldn't boot up after that and just immediately showed the BSOD with the same error after the BIOS splash screen.I've tried another clean install but the issue still persists.I've tried using the command prompt to use the SFC tool and DISM, SFC found and "repaired" an error but the issue still persisted and DISM doesn't work with Error 87.
