Windows 10: Paint 3d app problem

After the creator update everything was ok except for Paint 3d. It opens ok and I start to create something but when I click on some of the actions the prog shuts down for no reason. Is there a way that I can reinstall it. I have tried the app store but the app wont download. In fact none of the apps from the store will download.

Have you tried resetting that app?

Open the Settings App, go to Apps

Scroll down the list of apps to find Paint 3D

Click Paint 3D and choose 'Advanced Options'

Then click 'Reset"

 

Error code 0x803f8001 while trying to start paint 3d

I tried Safe mode with networking, many Apps including Paint 3D App, Xbox App and Store App cannot be opened with this error message:

XXX can't be opened using the Built-in Administrator account. Sign in with different account and try again.

Restart, run Windows App Troubleshooter, reset Paint 3D data again. Still can't open Paint 3D (all other Apps work fine).

Any more idea?
