Windows 10: Paint 3D crashes even on a Windows 10 fresh installation

I already tryed all the solutions posted since more than 2 months ago, also installed a fresh Windows 10 PRO copy and just when finish the Windows 10 PRO installation I tryed to open Paint 3D and still crashed without any error, just starts openening and then close.Someone have a solution to fix this. As I can remember, in my case, it starts failing after Windows 10 update at the begining of 2021.Appreciate any help on this.

• Open the Settings app.
• Click the System icon.
• Click Apps & features.

• Click the Uninstall button and then click Uninstall again when you see the confirmation dialog to completely remove Paint 3D from your Windows 10 installation.
