Windows 10: Paint 3D is not opening is Windows 10-Even after Reset/Reinstall

Hello, In my personal laptop, recently I reinstalled with windows 10 single language due to change of SSD. After this, Paint 3D is not opening/not starting. When I open the application paint 3D, for a short while the Paint 3D window appears like it opens in a while with new, open option on screen and it disappears immediately. All these happens withing some 3 to 5 seconds after I click the paint 3d icon to open it.. I have already done these steps by reading other questions and answers in google : - Already tmp folder is cleared - Already Paint 3D application is reset and laptop restar

We understand your concern as you are having difficulties with Paint 3D app on your PC. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the Version of Paint 3D installed on the PC?
  
• Did you try opening any other project or did you try to open the same project on a different device?
  
• Are you aware of any recent changes on the PC prior to this issue?

However, we would suggest you to perform step 1, 3 & 7 from this article:

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you uninstall and reinstall Paint 3D app.

1. Close Paint 3D app. Press
   Windows + X key.
   
2. Select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
   from the list.
   
3. Copy and paste this command:
   Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.MSPaint* | Remove-AppxPackage
   
4. Press Enter key and once the process completes, restart the PC.
   
5. After restart go to Microsoft Store and install
   Paint 3D.

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check, refer this article to
create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

Paint 3D app problem

I suggest you should repair your Paint 3D app

Firstly, try to reset this app. Follow the steps below:

1). Click on 'Windows key + I' together and open 'Settings'

2). Tap on Apps - Apps & features - Paint 3D - Advanced options

3). Tap on 'Reset'

Next, uninstall and reinstall Paint 3D app. Follow the steps below:

1). Click on the Start button

2). Type in 'Windows PowerShell' - right click on it - choose 'Run as administrator'.

3). Copy / paste the command below without quotes.

'Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MSPaint | Remove-AppxPackage'

4). Click on Enter

5). Go to the Microsoft Store to download and reinstall the Paint 3D app.

Thanks for the answer.
Clicked on the "Paint-3D" from the list, it opened some window with blue "get" icon, clicked on it - nothing happens.
Where is the problem ?
Answers will be appreciated.

P.s. Does it have something with Windows update, as it is disabled.
