Windows 10: Paint 3D screws up the bottom of all my images and text. How do I turn this effect off?

I have tried resetting to no affect. I get this light and shadow effect at the bottom of the screen in all my pictures and text. I have to redraw everything pixel by pixel in order to remove it, then when i'm done after sometimes hours of work, save, re-open, then its there again. I have also tried making the picture smaller to keep it away from the bottom, then when i open it its there anyway. This is what happened with the picture below after retracing and saving away from the bottom. Getting super frustrated. The picture looks fine at a distance but when you zoom in you get this light/blur/

Is it no longer possible to add a simple text shadow effect in Paint or Paint 3D for Windows??

Is it no longer possible to add a simple text shadow effect in Paint or Paint 3D for Windows??

 

Paint 3D Text

Step 1: click the Text tab in Paint 3D

Step 2: On the right pane that appears, under 2d text, click the 3 text 'T' symbol

Step 3: click on the canvas then type your text

Step 4: click outside of the text box

Step 5: use the anchors to adjust the depth and angles

Step 6: to see your 3D text better, click the object then click Edit color, choose a different color.

 

Paint 3D - Text Wrapping 2D - 3D

I've been working in Paint 3D and i am still not sure how to create effects with text, such as the two below specifically. Does Paint 3D support these effects? If so, what key strokes are required for such effects?
