Windows 10: Paint 3D taking a long time to load the .obj file and never completes loading

When I open the file from the Open dialogue box, it asks if I want to "Import texture file, too?" I click on the "import" prompt and navigate to the folder containing the texture files. There are 13 jpegs and one .mtl file. Do I assume correctly that this is what needs to be referenced by the program? When I select this folder for the import, another loading window pops up, "Please wait, loading file" with a circular "loading" animation. Even after letting this sit for a considerable time, there does not seem to ever be a point that the program can load the file.My machine is corporate-managed

OBJ file loaded with 3d axes inverted.

Hello.

I am using microsoft 3d viewer to view 3d models created by 3df zephyr and edited by meshmixer. I need to load obj files in 3d viewer since they are viewed with texture mapping in color as opposed to STL files which view only as grayscale moldes.

The STL files are loaded correctly but the OBJ files are loaded with the 3d axes inverted as you can see in the attached screenshots:

Is there a solution to this problem?

P.S. I was not able to insert any images. While the window to inset an image opens and I add the image to upload, nothing happens.

Long Loading Time for Lock Screen

I've tried all of the steps that you've given me. Unfortunately, none of them made a difference except for the clean boot step. It didn't completely solve the problem, however I did notice a
slightly faster load time for the lock screen. However, it still takes an unusually long time to load it. Any other suggestions?
