Windows 10: Paint 3D will not save, how do I fix it. Went into settings and RESET Paint 3d and this...

On my desktop computer, while using Paint 3D the program works fine until I save my work. it won't save, I continue getting a dialog box saying "Couldn't Save", I would like to fix this, can you help?

You may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

Run App troubleshooter

• Refer to
  fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
  

Reset Paint 3D app:

• Open ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update and Security’.
  
• Click on ‘Apps’ and choose ‘Apps and features’.
  
• Locate the ‘Paint 3D’ app and click on it.
  
• Select ‘Advanced options’ and choose ‘Reset’.
  
• Wait for the reset to complete.
  
• Close settings, launch ‘Paint 3D’ and try saving now.

We need to do further investigation so that we can identify the cause of the issue. Is it your whole screen that goes black/blank or just the window of Paint 3D? We also suggest that you reset Paint 3D's data and see if it helps. You can do this by going
to Settings > Apps & features > Look for
Paint 3D, click on Advanced options and click Reset.

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps and locate Paint 3D

Select that app, choose 'Advanced Settings' and click Reset

Then check the functionality of that App

If it is still not working, choose to uninstall Paint 3d (if you do not have that option, your Windows 10 needs to be updated)

Then restart your PC and you can re-install Paint 3D from the link below
