Windows 10: paint app for snapdragon ?

Hi please can anyone advise me iam looking to buy a new laptop but i don't like the new version of the paint app so i was intending to buy the new snapdragon and installing the older version of PAINT will this still work with snapdragon processor thanks .alan

Photos are opening with Paint instead of Photos app
