Windows 10: Paint editor help

I'm using windows 10 hp stream notebook and I want to know how to use paint to edit a photo. I have been trying to use it and nothing is happening

Text Editor on Webpage

I'm creating a website that requires an advanced text editor, similar to the word processor in Google docs. I'm planning on creating the editor from scratch, but I'm not sure what language to use. I was thinking of using a Java applet, but I'm open to other suggestions. Some of the features that are required are highlighting and drawing (such as Microsoft Paint). Any suggestions would be helpful.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Right click on the picture.
• Click on open with.
• Select paint.
• You will be able to see the picture in paint.

Help with Paint windows 10

Was looking for photo editor and found Paint, clicked to open, got hourglass icon which won't go away and cannot close Paint. Have not been able to even start using it. any suggestions.
