  1. Paint: Menu: Toolbar on Right of Screen

I often use Print Screen with Paint. At some point, the Menu Toolbar pops up on the right of my screen in this sequence:

    1. I hope Paint with a New file
    2. I paste a Print Screen. A menu toolbar shows up on the right of the screen. It is the top menu bar. Hiding the top menu bar makes no difference. The right screen Toolbar remains.
    3. I can find no button or option in view to get rid of it.
    4. The cursor is in a mode that will not let me select options in the right side toolbar. A crosshairs with small circle pointer
    5. This started a month or two ago for unknown reasons. It never was there before. It hogs my screen; puts something in the image I don't want there.

What is going on? How can I fix the problem?

NOTE: This is not Paint 3D. I can't find a category for Paint. It is probably misclassified. I don't use Paint 3D right now. How about Windows Accessories as an option?

    :)

Paint: Menu: Toolbar on Right of Screen

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?
