Windows 10: Paint3D art gone after crash

All my artwork from Paint3D was gone after I crashed my computer and rebooted it.This happened once already and I couldn't figure out how to recover it.I'm unsure of what to do now and if there even is a way to recover my artwork as whenever i run %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MSPaint_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState it shows my bins and files, but I don't really know how to import it or work it back to paint 3d as a new project.Please help because my art was very important to me and I don't know what to do.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Thank you for updating me with that information. Do you own the computer? Do you use an office or personal computer?

I'm sorry, No. You can't get past the admin password screen without the password.

Make sure that your current Windows account is also an Administrator of the computer to perform the suggested methods in my first response to fix the Paint3D issue.
