Windows 10: painting pale paper like texture after reinstalling windows via iso image.

i don't know how to describe my problem as it has never happened to me before.everything was fine until i decided to reset my pc so i can have a fresh clean disk, but right after installation was completed i noticed this weird painting pale paper like texture on my wallpaper, browser images, games and everything that include colorful thing, i know there is something off about my graphics it's like i have lost this pure clean graphical texture that my pc used to produce before the reset. i looked at every corner off the internet to find a solution and tried every possible tricks but nothing wor

Transparency in Fresh Paint(Windows 10)

I also need a transparent background. Windows 10/Fresh Paint

There is not Images tab.

I select:

New (+)

Custom Canvas

Chose Square

Texture

Paper/White flat (also tried different Canvas options)

The paper displays

Click on palette icon for Your Tools and Colors

6 options for Canvas/6 options for Paper

In the lower right corner, just below the Paper options there appears to be a button for "layers". However, I am not able to click it - either right or left click. I haven't been able to determine what the button truly achieves. Please see attached.

In general, how do you save a painting with a transparent background?

Cannot edit images when saved in Fresh paint

Hi Kamila,

As per the information, I understand that when you save an image drawn in Fresh Paint, you are unable to edit the image once saved.

If the above is true, I suggest that you follow the steps below to save the image in a manner that will allow you to edit it.

• To save your painting right click on fresh paint and click on
  Save as. You will get an option to select the location.
• Select the location and save the painting.
• When you reopen fresh paint you will be on the painting you used before closing fresh paint. If you do not get the painting, you may click on image and go to the location and select the image to edit.
