    Pairing BluetoothMouse3600 with my SurfaceBook 2 in Windows 10


    I am not able to pair my BlueToothMouse3600 with my Surface Book 2. Please help. I have gone to Settings/Bluetooth and other devices/ensured that Bluetooth is toggled to enabled, pressed the power button on my mouse till blinking, found my mouse listed under Add a device and clicked on it. The response I get: Try connecting again - I have done this about 10 times.

    Thanks Zadee, unfortunately, I do not have another device to test my mouse with. What I would add is that my Mouse3600 device was working until I went away to work with SurfaceBook 2 in a different location yesterday and used my built-in mousepad instead. It also has decent battery life left.
