Windows 10: Pairing BluetoothMouse3600 with my SurfaceBook 2 in Windows 10

I am not able to pair my BlueToothMouse3600 with my Surface Book 2. Please help. I have gone to Settings/Bluetooth and other devices/ensured that Bluetooth is toggled to enabled, pressed the power button on my mouse till blinking, found my mouse listed under Add a device and clicked on it. The response I get: Try connecting again - I have done this about 10 times.

Windows Update may have encountered a conflict with the Bluetooth and the hardware. To correct this, we suggest that you check these methods:

Method 1:
Update the Mouse and Bluetooth drivers.

Method 2: Kindly check the post of Rajith R on August 29, 2015 here:
My Bluetooth device is enabled and shows as “Paired”, but isn’t working.
Perform the steps and see it made any changes.

SurfaceBook is automatically shutting down in Windows 10

Follow the below methods and check if it helps,

Method 1: Run the built in Power Troubleshooter on the system.

Follow the steps below to run power troubleshooter.

• Press Windows Key + W and type troubleshooting in the search box. Click on the
  Troubleshooting from the search results so obtained.
• Click on View all on the left pane on the next Window.
• Pick Power from the list so available, this would launch
  Power Troubleshooter
• In the Power Troubleshooter, you have to click Next option
• This will start the automatic detection and fixing of issues.

Method 2: Check the issue in a new power plan

You may also check deleting the existing non default power plan (if any) and creating a new one, just for the diagnostic purpose and see if that makes any difference.
