Windows 10: Pale Blue screen of death with uphappy face.

On my DELL 15 5000 Windows 10


About two hours ago 4:15pm i shut down this laptop for to have my tea.

I have just 6:15 pm had what i think is the new pale blue screen of death with a frowning face that says it has to collect data and restart.

It is the 1st time on this machine it has happened and i feel a bit like that unhappy face.


Is there anything i need to do after this event to make sure it is not the prelude to anything nasty/nastier happening ?

Facing Blue Screen of Death

I'm facing blue screen of death from quite a long time. It happens randomly. I posted about it on this

link. The solution recommended there helped me to fix the problem for some time but now this issue is resurfacing and its instances are increasing in number. Please find screenshots attached.

I raised the same issue as a reply to the thread in the above mentioned
link, but no one replied this time. So I thought it would be better to start a new post instead.

Please help me with this!

PS: I'm sorry for the inverted image. The image is upright on my laptop but it gets inverted when it is uploaded. I tried rotating it but it didn't worked.
