Windows 10: Paltalk Launcher remains after Paltalk unistallation

After accidentally installing Paltalk, I uninstalled it from the Control Panel.Unfortunately, PaltalkLauncher.exe remains after installation and is present among Startup Apps, sending desktop notifications to register on its platform. This is a recurrent issue among users and I would argue that Paltalk's behavior after uninstallation is intentional and very unscrupulous.After searching through my computer, I found remains of the program on my hard disk mainly on C:\Program Files x86 and C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\{etc.}. I also found it was still in the Registry using reged

PalTalk is a video chat app, do you use that?

If not, then open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu), go to Apps and uninstall Paltalk form the list of installed Apps

Otherwise:

Right click a blank spot on your Taskbar and choose Taskbar Settings

On the resulting page, click 'Choose which Icons appear on the Taskbar

Is Paltalk listed there, if so you can turn that off . . .

Also, while in the Settings App, go to Home - System - Notifications and Actions

See if PalTalk is listed there and turn that off, if it is listed . . .

I m a Paltalk user. Unfortunatelly it is impossible to download Paltalk on Widnows phones It is also impossible to access Paltalk Express as windows phones have no flash player Do you know some way to solve this problem, pls?
