    Panasonic scanner not working after Windows update (Panasonic multi-function KX-MB781)


    After the recent June 2019 Microsoft Windows update, I can no longer scan using my Panasonic scanner. I am still able to print to it.


    I have tried Device Manager and see the Panasonic multi-function KX-MB781 under "other devices". I tried to update the driver, but "Windows could not find any drivers for the device". I also see under Imaging Devices a "Scanner USB interface", but I cannot update that driver either.

    Windows update - December 2017 - Panasonic scanner KX-MB781 not working

    After the late December 2017 Microsoft Windows update (long update), I can no longer scan using my Panasonic scanner. I am able to print to it.

    I have tried Device Manager and see the Panasonic multi-function KX-MB781 under "other devices". I tried to update the driver, but "Windows could not find any drivers for the device". I also see under Imaging Devices a "Scanner USB interface", but I cannot
    update that driver either.

    Hi,

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • What is the exact issue are you facing with the printer?
    • Are you getting any error message?
    Has I have checked the whether the Panasonic kx-p2023 is compatible or not, it is compatible. So I suggest you to install the driver for this Panasonic kx-p2023 printer for windows 10, if it is not available then you can install it in compatibility mode
    and check if it helps.

    Installing Panasonic KX-FLB753 Driver in Windows 10

    Good morning TarandeepKaur,

    I too have the Panasonic KX-FLB753 multi function machine. I followed the instructions given on the website and tried to manually install the drivers but unfortunately the driver software was not installed, as the computer could not find the compatible update!
    I am using Windows 10. Would you have any further tips or suggestions?
