Pandigital Digital Photo Frame - DPF70-1 Driver Missing

Thank you for the information, Rick.

Is the Pandigital Digital Photo Frame a plug and play device? Could you provide us a screenshot of the Device Manager when the device is plugged and unplugged. Please see sample image below.

Meanwhile, could you please try uninstalling the device driver and reinstall it while the digital photo frame is plugged in to further isolate the issue.

Kindly update us with the results.

Pandigital Digital Photo Frame - DPF70-1 Driver Missing

Your efforts to resolve the issue is very much appreciated.

In this case, we recommend that we go back to the point wherein the digital photo frame was still working on your device via System Restore. This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated
when you install a new app, driver, or Windows update, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To do this follow the
    steps below:

    • In the Search box, type Control Panel and press
      Enter.
    • On the upper-right window, under View by, click Category and select
      Large icons.
    • Search Control Panel for Recovery.
    • Select Recovery > Open System
      Restore > Next.
    • Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select
      Next > Finish.

Note: Kindly make a back up of all your important files and data before performing system restore.

Let's us know if the solution above works.

  4. Pandigital photo frame

wrong rotated photos in the photo frame

When I display the photos on the photo frame, they are often rotated in the wrong way. These photos I take using the phone, then transfer them to the computer and then to the photo frame. The problem is Windows automatically adjusts the photo orientation
