Windows 10: Paper License - Windows 10 & MS Office.

Is Windows 10 & MS Office Paper License considered as a valid product by the Microsoft.


If yes, then what is the right process for:

1. Buying Paper License Windows 10 & MS Office

2. Installing Windows 10 & MS Office using Paper License.

OEM License and Paper License for office/Small Business use

Hi,

I am starting a new company and want to purchase 10 Windows 10 License for business/office use.I want to buy 10 OEM licenses for my company but, my vendor says you need to buy paper(Volume) License which has one key for all pcs. Is OEm licenses are not allowed
for office use purpose .

Or you could just get Office365 like most of us home/SMB MSOffice users. 100USD/year gets you 5 desktop licenses, 5 mobile (Android/iOS) licenses and 1TB of OneDrive. In my case, just licensing MSOffice for my 4 machines works out cheaper using O365 than buying any form of lifetime license, and I get to always be on the latest version (or any other supported version, in case I need a downgrade).

 

OEM License and Paper License for office/Small Business use

I think OEM licenses would be fine but Paper license has an upper hand in the corporate environment as whenever you upgrade the Computer architecture in your Company(For example, buying new computers) you would not have to purchase a license. Also, Paper
licenses mean licenses for every version of Windows so that you can deploy whatever suits your needs.
