    Hi.. It may have started from an error I encountered where I couldn’t see the app icons on my desktop only the icon names were visible. I also couldn’t see any properties of files or folders, among other issues. I researched potential fixes and found that the only solutions were a fresh install or a repair install. I opted for the repair install, which fixed everything—except then I noticed a few problems that are really irritating me.I can’t delete the C:\Windows\Temp folder; access is denied, and it requires administrator permission, even though my account is an administrator.     HDD access denied due to 'Parameter is incorrect' (Win10 Pro - 21H2)

    @mecmec Dock: Manufacturer ? Model ? Safely remove the dock, pull out any other HDD in the dock. Retain only the 1TB faulty HDD, switch on the dock. Also safely remove any other external HDD/s, storage devices plugged into USB ports. Post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management. Right click on the Start button > Disk Management > View > Top > click on Disk List. This will show the partition type of the connected disks as below.

    1. Error is - Access is denied . The Parameters are incorrect .. This is the error.

    2. I did not make any changes to computer.

    I already sent a photo of error also.

    Solution that you told to repair hard disk chkdsk <drive letter> :f/r

    It's not working.. Please tell me another solution .. PLEASE HELP ME
