Windows 10: Parameter is invalid

    Ok since every discussion on this has been closed or locked guess I have to start a new one. This started 3 days ago and it started with the calculator app I'm guessing because I noticed it there first. But now every app including micro store and others now come up with this. I have reinstalled everything and it lasts about 5 minutes and resets back. So now this is a brand new laptop all I have done is update it that is it and the only apps on it are from micro store. So I hooked it to my Linux based laptop and started a trace on the only thing that used a outgoing port and it came back to a address of 16631 NE 72nd Way Redmond,WA 98052. The other parts that came up are ATT-Mobility-LLC,NET-107-64-0-0-1, 107.64.0.0 / 107.127.255.255. The original address that led me to all this was mobile-107.77.199.212.mobile.att.net. Yeah I'm not completely lost on computers but this thing has me stumped as it comes up on no virus or malware scans and I have used about five different sets off thumb drives. So if anyone knows how to head this off or stop it let me know please.
