Windows 10: Parent guardian loop

I have recently bought a new laptop and during login have gotten stuck in the parent guardian loop. At this point I think I'm block from receiving verification codes. I'm not really sure what to do now, there's no way to contact microsoft for this problem.

I keep getting this message - Parent or guardian consent is required for this account. I've tried logging into my account and it just keeps looping with the same message. I've paid my online subscription in September2022.

 

Parent/guardian consent

my son is 12, he has a new laptop. on signing in he is asked for parent/guardian consent. I repeatedly get the message "something's not working it's not you it's us" I've tried adding him to the family microsoft account but he is unable to accept the invitation as he is under 13. all roads lead to a dead end. please help

 

Can't log into windows, Microsoft is stuck in parental loop

I'm trying to log into my brand new laptop and it keeps asking me for my password. I give it. Then asks me for email address. I give it. Then brings up parental control. I click on parent/guardian. It brings me back to password. I give it again. Then asks for email. I give it again. Then brings me back to parent/guardian. Then asks for my password yet again. And the cycle continues to no end in an endless loop.
