Windows 10: Part of File Explorer not draggable

Hello! I can't seem to click and drag the file explorer on this region. Right clicking in that area also does not open the context menu. Only the area right of the circled area is clickable.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. It's been quite a nusiance.

"Draggable" home screen on N8??

One of the Anna improvements is listed as being "draggable" home screens. Hasn't the N8 always had draggable home screens, or am I confusing the 3 homescreens that you can swipe through with something else that came out on the Anna update? Thanks in advance

 

File explorer icon from taskbar dissappears while working on it

• Click the Start Menu.
• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
