Windows 10: Partation disappear and size limited

i have 2 hard drives one SSD have 2 partations C & D - C used for windows - and another one HDD have 2 partations E & F i remove the HDD and used with external mobile rack for copy file to another laptop - then the F partation are disappeared in Disk managemnt the two partation of HDD appear as one Drive E and size 931 GB - but it's actually supossed the partation E size is 518 GB .how can i recover the hidden partation F without lost the files

Problem in system partation with clean install

I have a 500gb Hdd. I formatted it to have clean install of windows 10. While in the custom install window,I deleted all partation(including system reserved) and tried to create new one.

But when i create any new partation windows is automatically creating a system partation of 50MB. I read it online that one needs at least 500mb of system partation to run windows 10 smoothly.

What to do? How can i get a system partation of 500 MB?
