Windows 10: Partial Back Up, new Laptop does not find Back up

Transitioning from Windows 10 Desktop to Windows 11 laptop. Ran Windows Back Up and received message Partially backed up. Under Folders shows Open OneDrive. When I click on the folder shows Back Up Folders on this PC shows 3.3GB Documents, 155 GB Pictures, 194 MB Desktop. Music and Video which total less than 50GB will not back up. So roughly total of less than 250GB but message says 83.4 GB over my 100GB limit. Going directly to OneDrive my storage numbers show I'm at 24.8GB of my 100GB.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
