Windows 10: Partial Connection Issues / Tried Fixing [see inside] / Really don't want to re-image /...

Currently running Windows 11 22H2 [Windows updates states nothing to update] I posted this on elevenforum.com and the only suggestion was a in-place upgrade, which I did, and while it upgraded and give me the .old folder, the issue was not fixed, so I'm turning here for some more guidance/thoughts.I'm having partial connection issues, with some applications that work on my Windows 10 Desktop when it comes to connectivity/activation/displaying websites. Connectify activation page, which goes to 'd1.connectify.me' which works if I view it in a browser, reports OK, also currently working with

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
