  1. Partially black desktop after logon from sleep.

When i logon to my pc after it has gone to sleep because of inactivity the bottom half of my 2nd monitor is black. The background won't load properly and all the applications that were open are moved to my main screen. To resolve this issue i have to restart exprorer.exe win+ctrl+shift+B probably works aswell. But it is still quite annoying to have to do all the time!

    :)

  3. HELP 5870 Issues:CCC resets settings on restart, Partial desktop, Lock in 2D clocks!

I didn't understand! Are suggesting this as a prelude to re-installing the CCC again?
If yes, it's the case of fresh windows installation which I already did..
If no, removing CCC will result in the desktop switching to a horrible low rez (800x600) and there'll be no black border and no partial desktop!!
I did try removing only the monitors' drivers, as I said in my first post (Step 3), but I guess It wasn't clear..Sorry! English is not my first language, you know!

Black Screen Isuue in Window 10

    Hi kashish,

I would appreciate you for trying troubleshooting steps.

To understand the issue better, I request you to answer few questions:

    • Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
    • Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?
This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.

I would also suggest you to install all the updates available for the system and check if it helps.

    Follow the Below steps:

    • Type settings in the Search area on the taskbar and select Settings
    • Select Update and Security.
    • Click on Windows Update and select Check for Updates

Keep us posted with the status of the issue. We’ll be glad to assist if you need further assistance.

    Thank you
